Homeless and vulnerable men received health tips at a special event in Coventry city centre.
The health day was aimed at disadvantaged men and was held at Coventry Jesus Centre, in Lamb street.
A free meal voucher was on of the perks on offer at the event, which also covered issues including dental health, smoking, sexual health, stress management, chiropody, nutrition and housing services.
The session was organised by the city council and coincided with National Men's Health Week. It was aimed at men with limited access to health services who suffer health problems, including addictions, due to a poor lifestyle. Shashi Carter, of the city council's health development unit, said it was an important session to help men whose health was at risk because of their difficult circumsatances.
